Annie and Graeme were married last April at her fathers farm near Grantham, a stunning location that suited the theme of "rustic Scottish farm vibe" and also complemented Graeme's Scottish heritage.
The day began by shooting plenty of detail shots in and around the gorgeous marquee that had been erected of Annies fathers farmland which added to the laid back and rustic style of the day.
Once Annie was ready it was time for the big reveal and some gorgeous portraits with the lovely bride, then it was off to The Wheatsheaf Inn to catch up with Graeme and the rest of the guests, including their beautiful and faithful Labrador.
The ceremony took place in the the lovely St James church in Dry Doddington, a tiny church oposite the pub and then after the ceremony it was back to the farm for the celebrations to begin, Annie and Graeme of course left in style on the back of a trailer pulled by dads tractor.
I do love shooting weddings that are blessed with so much outdoor space and there were so many locations to produce beautiful photography.
I asked Annie and Graeme what was important to them in terms of photography on the day and they both wanted personal and memorable photos that captured the essence of the day, they both loved the expressions and the details that I managed to shoot for them and there were so many photographs of moments that of course they did not see themselves.
Evening entertainment was provided by a fantastic Caeli band who did an amazing job of getting all guests up and about and enjoying the dancing well into the night.
